Having a subscription problem?
Call us at 800.489.0727, email editor@autismdigest.com or write to us at Autism Asperger’s Digest, 721 W. Abram Street, Arlington, TX 76013. Most problems result from changes of address. The Post Office will not notify us if you moved – YOU must tell us directly. We cannot replace copies of the Digest we already sent to your old address if we were not notified of the address change ahead of time (see below).
When will my issue arrive?
The Digest is sent via 4th class mail the first week of the release months: January, March, May, July, September, November. The USPS can take 2-4 weeks to deliver; most subscribers received their issue the 3rd week of the issue month. Outside-the-US subscriptions can take 4-6 weeks to arrive.
I didn’t get my issue.
Email or call us within 60 days of the issue release. If it’s a post office delivery problem, we’re happy to replace it, unless…
We moved.
Your issue will NOT be forwarded. Give us 4 weeks notice of a change of address. We produce our mailing labels long before an issue releases. All it takes is a quick call or a simple email! We do not replace missed issues because you forgot to notify us of your change of address.
When will my subscription start?
With the current issue if you subscribe BEFORE the 15th of the current issue month (ie Jan. 15th for the Jan-Feb issue; March 15th for the March-April issue, etc.). Otherwise, allow 8 weeks to receive your first issue.
Renewals.
To receive uninterrupted delivery of the Digest, you must renew BEFORE your subscription lapses or within the first 15 days of the issue release. Otherwise, your subscription picks up again with the next issue. Check your mailing label for your LAST ISSUE date.

Single copies of the current and many back issues are available for sale. (Some issues sell out; when they’re gone, they’re gone.) Visit the Subscribe or Renew page to order a single copy of the current issue; browse past issues for single copies of other issues.
